USAA needed an updated fresh feel. Bringing in strong photography depicting the men and women who serve at home and abroad gave the site a personal feel that resonated with users. Subtle adjustments to the UX made a lot of the information provided easier to access. The dashboard experience gives users a clear view of their financial portfolio. It was designed to be easily accessed on desktop or mobile to give users full access at all times.
